Belt Conveyor

It consists of an endless band stretched between two drums. It is responsible for carrying material through a belt moved by one or more drums. It is the main machine used to transport materials such as ores, stone, sand and gravel over long distances and in large capacities.
It consists of drive drum, tail drum, endless band tire, drive group, carrier return rollers and scrapers. Motor powers are selected according to the width, length, angle and capacity of the conveyor. Since the working angle is limited, it is necessary to use special profile band tires in cases where certain angles must be exceeded.
